What is the Vintage Vice City Pack in GTA 6?
The Vintage Vice City Pack is the pre-order and early-purchase bonus for Grand Theft Auto VI, and it comes with both the Standard and the Ultimate Edition. Rockstar's own store tells buyers to order before November 20, 2026 to get it at no additional cost.
That is the whole offer in two lines. The rest of this page covers what is inside, who qualifies, and what Rockstar has not said yet. We checked Rockstar's store page, the PlayStation US product page and Rockstar's announcement copy on October 5, 2026.
The game itself launches on November 19, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar has never announced a PC version.
What items are in the GTA 6 pre-order bonus?
Rockstar's store lists three item headings for the pack:
- '55 Vapid Stanier Sedan and Garage
- Outfits and Hairstyles
- Exclusive Weapon Pattern
The store page itself gives only those headings. The fuller descriptions come from Rockstar's announcement text, which TheSixthAxis printed on June 24, 2026 and marked as press release copy. In that text, Rockstar describes:
- A '55 Vapid Stanier, called a Vice City classic, plus a new personal garage near Ocean Beach.
- A linen suit in vintage pastel for Jason.
- A red sequin mini dress for Lucia, with curls.
- A tropical weapon pattern inspired by Tommy Vercetti and his palm tree shirt, which Rockstar says is available to adorn most guns.
Rockstar has published no stats for the car. It has also said nothing about how the weapon pattern looks on any specific gun, beyond the "most guns" wording. We are not going to guess at either.
Do Standard and Ultimate Edition both get it?
Yes. The PlayStation US product page, checked on October 5, 2026, lists the pack among the contents of both editions. The Standard Edition at 79.99 USD lists the game, the pack, one month of GTA+ and a 7-day pre-load. The Ultimate Edition at 99.99 USD lists the same items plus the Ultimate Edition Upgrade.
So the pack is not the reason to pick one edition over the other. If you want to know what the extra 20 dollars buys, our Standard vs Ultimate Edition breakdown covers the upgrade contents in full.
The PlayStation listing also mentions a free month of GTA+ for qualifying purchases. That is a separate bonus with its own terms, and we cover it in do you need PS Plus for GTA 6.
When is the deadline for the Vintage Vice City Pack?
Rockstar's store wording is "Order before November 20". The press release copy quoted by TheSixthAxis is a little more detailed. It says the pack is included with all digital purchases made by November 20, and with pre-orders of the physical edition while stocks last.
Those two routes behave differently.
- Digital: buy before November 20, as Rockstar's store puts it, and you get it. A purchase made on launch day, November 19, still sits inside that window.
- Physical: a boxed pre-order gets the pack only while stocks last. A boxed copy picked up later, or from a shop that has run out of bonus stock, may not include it.
Physical copies of GTA VI hold a download code rather than a disc, according to Rockstar. Our GTA 6 physical edition report explains that code-in-a-box setup. For every pre-order and pre-load date in one place, see GTA 6 pre-order and pre-load dates.
Can you buy the pack after November 20?
Rockstar has not said. Nothing on the store page, the PlayStation page or the announcement copy we read says whether the items will be sold separately, return later, or turn up in another bundle. Until Rockstar says otherwise, treat the deadline as the only confirmed way to get it.
Rockstar has also not published claim or redemption steps beyond the store copy. There is no official walkthrough of where the car, the clothes or the weapon pattern appear in the game once you start playing, so any step-by-step redemption guide published before launch is a guess.
One more point. If you cancel a pre-order, you give up the bonus that came with it. Our guide on how to cancel a GTA 6 pre-order covers the process, and buying again later only gets the pack if you are still inside the window.
Why is it themed on the original Vice City?
The name and the weapon pattern point back to the original Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Rockstar's own copy calls Tommy Vercetti the original Vice City kingpin. GTA VI returns to a modern version of Vice City, and the pack leans on that link with retro clothes and a classic car.
The car is described as a Vice City classic, and that is all. We have not seen the car driven, and Rockstar has not described how it handles or how fast it goes.
If the Tommy Vercetti era is what you came for, our GTA Vice City cheats list covers the codes that worked in that game, and those codes belong to GTA Vice City only.
Does the pack have anything to do with cheats?
No. The pack is cosmetic and convenience content: a car, a garage, outfits and a weapon pattern. It does not unlock cheats, money, weapons or any gameplay advantage that Rockstar has described.
Rockstar has published nothing about cheats in GTA VI, and VI Cheats has verified no GTA VI cheat code. Our GTA 6 cheats page tracks that status and is updated when Rockstar or a platform holder confirms anything.
VI Cheats is independent and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony or Microsoft. Product names here are used only to identify the products.
Is the Vintage Vice City Pack free with GTA 6?
It comes at no additional cost with digital purchases, and Rockstar's store says to order before November 20, 2026. Physical pre-orders get it while stocks last. Rockstar has not said it will be offered any other way.
Does the GTA 6 Standard Edition include the pre-order bonus?
Yes. The PlayStation US product page lists the pack in both the Standard and the Ultimate Edition.
Do physical copies of GTA 6 get the pre-order bonus?
Physical pre-orders get it while stocks last, according to Rockstar's announcement copy. A boxed copy bought later may not include it.
How do you claim the GTA 6 pre-order bonus?
Rockstar has not published claim steps beyond the store copy. We will update our coverage when it does.
