GTA 6 earnings call November 9: when does it start?

Take-Two Interactive reports its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 after the US market closes on Monday, November 9, 2026. The conference call starts at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, which is 21:30 UTC, and the webcast runs on Take-Two's investor relations site at take2games.com/ir.

The GTA 6 earnings call November 9 slot sits ten days before Grand Theft Auto VI is due out on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19. Take-Two announced the date in a Business Wire release on October 13, 2026, published at 8:00 a.m. EDT.

What Take-Two actually announced on October 13

The release is short. It says the company will report results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, ended September 30, 2026, after the market close on Monday, November 9. It sets the call for 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time and gives dial-in details for listeners by phone. A live, listen-only webcast and a replay of the call will be on take2games.com/ir. Nothing in it previews what the company will say about the game.

Take-Two's fiscal year does not match the calendar. Fiscal 2027 runs from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, so "fiscal Q2 2027" means July, August and September 2026.

What time is the Take-Two call in your time zone?

US clocks fall back on November 1, so by November 9 New York is on Eastern Standard Time, five hours behind UTC. That gives these start times for the call:

  • New York: 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 9
  • Los Angeles: 1:30 p.m. on Monday, November 9
  • London: 9:30 p.m. on Monday, November 9 (the UK is on GMT by then)
  • UTC: 21:30 on Monday, November 9

Take-Two's own wording for the written results is only "after the market close", so it has not given an exact minute for the release itself.

Will the results include GTA VI launch sales?

No. The quarter being reported closed on September 30, 2026. GTA VI does not launch until November 19, which falls in the following quarter, October to December.

So the November 9 numbers cannot contain a single launch-day sale. Whatever GTA VI earns at launch will show up in the report for the quarter ending December 31, 2026, which by Take-Two's normal schedule should come in early 2027; last year's equivalent report was filed on February 3, 2026. That makes November 9 the last scheduled results call before the game is out.

Pre-orders are a separate question, and a messy one. Pre-orders opened on June 25, 2026, and Take-Two's last results release gave no pre-order count. What has and has not been said about the numbers is tracked in our explainer on how many GTA 6 pre-orders there are.

What did Take-Two say about GTA VI last quarter?

The most recent results came on August 7, 2026, filed with the SEC as an 8-K the same day. That release covered the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Three points from it matter here:

  • Take-Two reiterated its fiscal 2027 net bookings outlook of $8.0 to $8.2 billion. It did not raise it.
  • CEO Strauss Zelnick referred to "the November 19th launch of Grand Theft Auto VI" in his statement in the release.
  • The release's lineup lists GTA VI for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S with a date of November 19, 2026.

The release gave no pre-order figure. It did not mention pre-orders at all.

That August call was held at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The November call moves to the late afternoon slot, after trading ends. Whether the outlook changes is something only the release itself will show.

Could the earnings call bring new GTA VI news?

Maybe not. An earnings call is a financial event aimed at investors and analysts. It is not a Rockstar showcase, and it is not where gameplay, maps or features get revealed. The call may pass without one new detail about the game.

There is one precedent worth knowing. On November 6, 2025, the day Take-Two reported its results for the second quarter of fiscal 2026, Rockstar announced that GTA VI would move to November 19, 2026. That was a date change made public on a results day, not a gameplay reveal. Every date change so far is logged in our GTA 6 delay history.

Rockstar's own channels are where game news comes from. On October 15, 2026, it released a launch trailer through its own site with no results call involved. Rockstar's release date remains November 19, as set in its Newswire post of November 6, 2025, and our GTA 6 release date page tracks it.

How to follow the call on November 9

Take-Two says the live webcast will be on take2games.com/ir. A replay will be posted there too. If you would rather not sit through the finance talk, the written results release is the primary record.

A few habits help on results day:

  • Read the release itself before any headline about it. Headlines often round numbers or add guesses.
  • Treat any "pre-order number" shared on social media with care unless it comes from Take-Two in writing.
  • Remember the reported quarter is July to September 2026. It says nothing about launch week.

For the launch itself, our page on what time GTA 6 unlocks and the GTA 6 pre-order and pre-load dates cover the practical side. And if you are here for codes, Rockstar has published nothing about cheats in GTA VI; our GTA 6 cheats hub explains what has and has not been verified.

VI Cheats is independent and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

What time is the GTA 6 earnings call November 9?

Take-Two reports after the US market close on Monday, November 9, 2026. The call starts at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, or 21:30 UTC.

Will Take-Two reveal GTA 6 sales on November 9?

It cannot report launch sales. The quarter covered ended on September 30, 2026, and the game launches on November 19, 2026.

Where can I watch the Take-Two earnings call?

Take-Two says the live webcast will be available on its investor relations site, take2games.com/ir.
