Is there a GTA 6 collectors edition?

Not in the usual sense. The only GTA 6 collectors edition Rockstar sells is a 399.99 USD merchandise box called Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State - Vice City Collection, and it does not include the game. Rockstar's store page, as reported by Kotaku and VICE, says the game is sold separately.

Kotaku and VICE both reported the box on September 24, 2026. The box ships on November 19, the same day the game launches on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

So a fan searching for a premium boxed copy with a steelbook and extras will not find one. The game itself still comes in two editions, Standard and Ultimate, and that has not changed.

What is in the Goodtime State Vice City Collection?

Kotaku and VICE printed the same eleven items. Every item below appears in both reports:

  • Macca the Gator Figure
  • Oakley Frogskins Sunglasses
  • Leonida Keys Crossbody Bag
  • New Era 9FORTY Snapback Hat
  • Macca the Gator Magnetic Mirror
  • Chunkee the Manatee Shot Glass
  • Vice City Collectible Swizzle Spoon
  • Vice City Razor Blade Keychain
  • Leonida Keys Enamel Pin Set in a metal tin
  • Leonida Keys Sticker Pack in a stash bag
  • Double-Sided Souvenir Poster with a map of Leonida

VICE added a few details from the listing. The Macca figure has a twist-open base. The Oakleys are matte black with Prizm Sapphire lenses. The mirror is pink glass. The pin set holds nine pins and the sticker pack holds nine stickers. One side of the poster carries Macca artwork and the other the Leonida map.

Macca the Gator is a character from a TV show inside the game world. According to Kotaku, Rockstar says much of the content in the box is inspired by "Leonida's hit TV show, Macca the Gator." Leonida is the fictional state where the game is set, and Vice City is its main city.

How much does the GTA 6 Vice City Collection cost?

VICE lists the price as 399.99 USD. Kotaku rounded it to 400 dollars in its headline. Both describe the same product.

VICE also reported that shipping costs extra and that the box is not eligible for free shipping. According to VICE, Rockstar calls it a limited-edition item sold in small quantities. Neither outlet gave a unit count, and we have no sourced figure for how many exist or whether any region has sold out. Treat any stock claim you see on social media as unconfirmed until Rockstar says otherwise.

We also have no sourced list of the countries it ships to. Check the Rockstar Store page from your own region before you plan around it.

Does the Vice City Collection include the game?

No. This is the single most important fact about the box. Kotaku and VICE both report that Rockstar's store page says Grand Theft Auto VI is sold separately.

Kotaku pointed out the irony. The game's physical copies hold a download code rather than a disc, yet Rockstar is selling 400 dollars of physical merchandise around it. Our GTA 6 physical edition explainer covers what is inside the retail game box.

If you want the game and the merch, you buy two things: a copy of the game from a store or the console storefront, and the Vice City Collection from the Rockstar Store.

Which GTA 6 editions include the game?

Only two editions of the game exist on sale: Standard at 79.99 USD and Ultimate at 99.99 USD. Pre-orders opened on June 25, 2026. Our Standard vs Ultimate edition breakdown lists what the extra 20 dollars adds, so we will not repeat it here.

Pre-load opens on November 12, and boxed copies go on sale the same day. The full timeline sits in our GTA 6 pre-order and pre-load dates guide.

Rockstar has not announced a game edition bundled with the Goodtime State box. If that changes, it will come from Rockstar, not from a leak.

When does the Vice City Collection ship?

Kotaku and VICE both give November 19, 2026 as the ship date. That matches the game's launch date. Rockstar confirmed November 19, 2026 for the game on its Newswire on November 6, 2025, and no further delay has been announced as of October 2, 2026.

A ship date is not a delivery date. With paid shipping and no published regional schedule, plan for the box to arrive after launch day rather than with it.

Does any GTA 6 edition come with cheats?

No edition and no merch box includes cheats. Rockstar has published nothing about cheat codes for GTA VI, and VI Cheats has verified no GTA VI code. The status page for GTA 6 cheats tracks that, and it will be updated only from official or verified sources.

Any seller bundling "exclusive cheat codes" with an edition or a merch box is making it up.

VI Cheats is an independent site. It is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony or Microsoft. Product names are used only to identify them.
