Start with the source game
A GTA V reference remains a GTA V reference. We do not overwrite it when adding a future GTA VI record.
Four status labels
Unverified means we have not established that the input works for the target game and platform. Verified requires administrator review supported by a source or test record. Does not work records a supported negative result for a specific context. Outdated marks information no longer applicable to the recorded version.
Review each platform separately
A PlayStation result does not establish an Xbox result. Verification should identify the platform, tested game version, test date, and evidence. A publication or source date is not a test timestamp.
Evidence before certainty
Official release information is not evidence that a cheat works. We make no promise about when codes will be verified. We correct claims when reliable information becomes available.
